Payment Terms
Pricing
All services are priced based on the scope and complexity of the work required. We provide a detailed quote prior to commencing any work to ensure transparency.
Payment Schedule
- 50% deposit required upon agreement of services.
- Remaining balance due upon completion of services.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
Client Responsibilities
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to their property during scheduled service times. Failure to provide access may result in delays or additional charges.
Maintenance Requirements
Clients should inform us of any specific maintenance requirements or preferences to ensure services meet their expectations.
Termination
Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services at any time by providing a written notice. Refunds for services not yet rendered will be processed accordingly.
Termination by Service Provider
We reserve the right to terminate services under circumstances including, but not limited to, non-payment, property access issues, or violation of terms.
Liability and Insurance
Limitation of Liability
Garden Maintenance Sudbury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
Insurance Coverage
We carry comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damages that may occur during service delivery.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sudbury.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
